GIGO DEV, INC. ("GirlyPop", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service:

• Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a securely hashed value, never in plaintext), and account creation date.
• Images: We collect photos that you upload of your face and body for the purpose of analyzing your color season, face shape, and body shape. We do not store your photos. Each photo is used to perform the analysis and is then discarded; we do not retain it on our servers after the analysis is complete.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• Process and analyze your uploaded photos to determine your color season, face shape, and body shape
• Generate personalized style recommendations
• Communicate with you about your account and provide customer support
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
• Protect the security and integrity of our Service

Biometric Information

To perform face-shape analysis, GirlyPop processes a scan of facial geometry derived from the photo you upload. Under the laws of Illinois (the Biometric Information Privacy Act, 740 ILCS 14/) and Texas (the Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act, Tex. Bus. & Com. Code §503.001), this scan is a "biometric identifier."

We collect this biometric identifier solely to generate your face-shape result. The biometric identifier is permanently destroyed immediately upon completion of the analysis, and the original photo is deleted as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. We do not retain face-geometry data beyond the time required to compute your result. Our retention period for biometric identifiers and biometric information is therefore zero — destruction occurs immediately after analysis.

We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers or biometric information. To compute your face-shape result, we transmit the necessary image data to a third-party AI service provider, which processes the data and returns a result. Your data is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices, which you can review at our request. On our side, we do not retain face-geometry data after the analysis is complete. We will not collect or process biometric data without your separate prior written consent, obtained through a dedicated in-app disclosure and consent screen presented before face-shape analysis. We maintain a record of each user's consent (including the timestamp and the version of the disclosure presented) for audit purposes. You may decline or revoke that consent at any time. Because biometric processing is integral to how the Service generates personalized analyses, declining or revoking consent will prevent you from using features of the Service that depend on that processing.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Your uploaded photos of your face and body are not stored: each photo is used to perform the analysis and is then discarded, and we do not retain it on our servers after the analysis is complete. The analysis results (such as your color season, face shape, and body shape) are retained in your account so you can view them. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through the app settings, and all your personal information will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except in the following circumstances:

• AI Analysis Service: To generate your analysis results, we transmit the images you upload (and, for face-shape analysis, biometric data derived from them) to a third-party AI service provider. We do not share your account information, email address, or other personal information with this provider. The provider processes the data subject to its own terms and privacy practices, which you should review if you want to understand how the provider handles your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access the personal information we have about you
